The vehicle management module allows you to add an unlimited number of motor vehicles with a tagging feature to assign it to its respective owner and crew i.e. driver and conductor. This way it enables the system to record member contributions based on which vehicle deposits. Comprehensive reports are available and can be used to draw comparisons on which vehicle is more productive and also can assist in deciding disciplinary matters. If the Sacco has a strict mandatory amount required to be contributed on a daily or monthly basis, the system will tabulate balances accrued and report dynamically at the touch of a button. The module also facilitates the payment of salaries to the matatu crew composed of drivers, conductors, route marshals and mechanics. The module also allows provides an easy mode of payment for insurance fees or loans associated to specific motor vehicles for example in case of accidents or routine maintenance costs.
